Such a sweet woman! I cannot thank this vet enough for everything they have done for my cat. They took on an extremely difficult case without hesitation and have worked nonstop trying to save her. You can truly see how much they care, not just about the animals, but about the families attached to them too. During one of the most stressful and heartbreaking times of my life, they showed so much compassion, patience, and dedication. They have gone above and beyond in every way possible, constantly checking in, explaining things thoroughly, and fighting for my cat every step of the way. It is rare to find someone with this level of heart and commitment. No matter the outcome, I will forever be grateful for the love, effort, and care they have poured into helping my baby. Thank you for treating her like your own and for never giving up.

Dr Elena absolutely saved our dogs life. After 3 phone calls where no other emergency vet in the high desert would take our actively bleeding dog, “we have 9 other dogs ahead of you”, thank goodness we found Dr Elena who immediately took our precious dog. Her quick action and expertise saved her. We were from out of town and when we got back home and took her to our regular vet, they were amazed at her work, and said it was a miracle that she survived such a vicious dog attack. Thank you soooo much Dr Elena for everything.

My Baby had Parvo I love Dr. Elena! From the moment I spoke to her she had me at “hello”! She took care of my baby Bluey who was sick with an extremely aggressive parvo virus strain (my puppy is almost 8 months old and still got the virus with 3 vaccinations). I was so scared of losing my baby and Dr. Elena stayed in contact with me and nursed my baby back to health herself. She was reasonably priced and didn’t try to increase unnecessary fees like other vets do. Once Bluey started eating again, she even fed her like a princess. I absolutely trust her with my fur babies and considering her such a Blessing to me and my family. I have a picture of my Bluey sick the day I dropped her off to Elena, and I have a picture of the day I brought her home. Such a difference!

We will be forever grateful to this veterinarian and her incredible team. Our dog was brutally attacked by another dog and we truly didn’t know if she would survive. From the moment we arrived, they acted quickly, calmly, and with such compassion. What they were able to do honestly feels like a miracle — our dog is alive today because of their skill, dedication, and heart. Not only was the care absolutely top-notch, but the pricing was shockingly fair, especially given the level of emergency treatment and attention our dog received. At a time when we were terrified and emotional, they treated both our dog and us with kindness, honesty, and respect. If you are looking for a veterinarian who truly cares, is highly skilled, and doesn’t take advantage of people in crisis, this is the place. I cannot recommend them enough and will gladly send anyone I know here without hesitation. Thank you for saving our dog’s life — we will never forget it. 100000/10

Dr. Elena is a phenomenal vet. I called wondering about walk ins for a check up exam and she answered the call directly herself and immediately got us in to see her about an hour later. My little Salem was so relaxed and calm she even fell asleep on the exam table. Dr. Elena was super compassionate and caring with Salem. You can just tell she genuinely loves animals and cares about not only pets, but their owners too! She’s also really affordable and doesn’t try to up charge you for services that aren’t necessary. I will definitely be continuing Salem’s care with Dr. Elena. She’s a rare gem in veterinary care in the high desert! :) Highly recommend, she makes visiting the vet’s office an absolute breeze and a stress free experience!

The best place for your pets by far, the love shown here is 2nd to none. My Dog Pebbles was having ear issues few months back and went in got some much needed treatment and now she is better than ever! I also just recently returned to put my beloved Family dog Sadie down, another showcase on how professional and loving this place is with how they handled everything in a difficult situation for us. Love this place fully recommended

Last month my girl Shugie was acting a little unusual in her eating habits. She was still eating, but not the way she usually does so I wanted to take her to get seen. I tried Barstow, Hesperia, and Victorville shelters until I tried St Constantine (I’d never heard of it until Google.) I was already stressed from being dismissed so many times but the moment Dr. Elena answered, I became calm and felt so heard. She saw us less than 2 hours after our call and it turns out Shugie was SO constipated. She had an overnight stay for an enema and testing to rule any other factors out. I cannot describe the peace of mind I got out of this visit. I am so grateful for this veterinary practice. I was NOT charged outrageous prices to save my girl, which happened during the loss of one of my other cats at another high desert vet. Thank you Dr Elena for your wonderful heart and your amazing knowledge and passion to service for our vulnerable companions.

We are so grateful to have found this place! Dr. Elena did an amazing job at treating our 14 year old boxer mix, Oreo for pancreatitis. We came in late at night and were attended within 30 minutes. Dr. Elena went above and beyond by personally making sure that Oreo’s two night stay was as comfortable and stress free as possible. We were very satisfied with the quality of care that Oreo received. It’s obvious that Dr. Elena truly cares for her patients and their owners. Thanks again Dr. Elena for saving our fur baby’s life!

I loved Dr. Helena since day one. She's absolutely phenomenal. Never imagined a vet like her existed. You can totally tell she cares for animals as well as their humans. Not only did she helped my doggo feel better, but she called the next day to see how she was doing. I mean, what Doctor does that? I told her Frida was vomiting and she suggested a nausea shot. Since I don't have a car she considered coming to my home to administer the shot. Luckily, my daughter got home on time to take me and Frida to get her shot. But, not only did she get a shot, she got fed chicken, by Dr. Helena, which made me very happy because she hadn't eaten solid food in four days. Dr. Helena truly goes above and beyond for her patients and their humans. I highly recommend her services.

I cannot thank Dr. Elena enough for what she did for my mini aussie ember. In the middle of the night, she went completely out of her way to perform emergency surgery that truly saved my dog’s life. During one of the scariest moments for my family, she showed so much compassion, urgency, and professionalism. What meant the most to me was how deeply she cared for my pet, treating her as if she were her own, she gave me updates everyday while my ember was healing. You can tell veterinary medicine is more than just a job to her, it’s something she genuinely pours her heart into. Her kindness, reassurance, and dedication made an unforgettable difference during such an emotional time. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Elena and the care she provided. Because of her, I still have my baby with me today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did. I would also like to add that yes, surgery and veterinary services are expensive but pet insurance and spaying pets is extremely important. This is apart of being a pet parent. Dr Elena was fair and reasonably priced.
